Conference

The Best Western Valley Hotel has been used by the Environment Agency and Hydro-Logic for training courses since 1998. The Severn Suite that is used for the indoor training is an excellent facility, particularly since its recent renovation, and is much larger than we have been provided by other hotels elsewhere in the vicinity. This is important since there is a large amount of display and demonstration equipment used on the courses. Also, it is possible to conduct practical work and group activities within the room. In addition, the Valley Hotel has an excellent restaurant, a very relaxing atmosphere and comfortable bedrooms. However, most importantly it has owners, management and staff who genuinely care about the well being of their guests. Hydro-Logic have not found any other hotel where they have undertaken training that provides such an excellent, caring service as the Valley Hotel.
