Group visits to the Best Western Valley HotelGroup visits to the Best Western Valley HotelGroup visits to the Best Western Valley Hotel

Ironbridge is a fantastic tourist destination for group travel, and is one of the world's "must see" destinations. Three hundred years ago the industrial revolution was born here, and is now a World Heritage Site enjoyed by all who visit.

Best Western Valley Hotel is a Georgian listed building offering group accommodation in the Ironbridge Gorge. Set on the banks of the River Severn overlooking award winning parkland it is ideally situated for exploring the Gorge and it is the only AA 3 star 2 AA rosette awarded hotel actually in Ironbridge. So why not wake up in the remarkable Ironbridge Gorge, you'll find the past all around you, and all the museum sites and the Ironbridge site itself within walking distance.

Our Chef will prepare a delicious menu with a choice of three options for each course, changing on a daily basis. Dinner can be taken in either the Chez Maw Restaurant, or in the Jackfield room which is a small private dining room.

Please find below comments from some of our group booking organisers who enjoyed there stay:

"As organiser of the Devon Sports car club weekend, I am writing to tell you how much everyone appreciated the effort of ALL your staff in making our stay so successful.

We could not fault the accommodation, food, or service. The arrangements were made so easily by the friendly co-operation of Lisa during our telephone conversations."

"On leaving the Valley Hotel after a three day stay I want to thank you most sincerely for the splendid service. All my guests expressed their pleasure, with the highlight of our visit being the dinner in the Jackfield room. The attention paid to our dinner by your staff could not have been better, especially Sally who was always most helpful and efficient."

Mrs Bird August 2008

What a really successful visit to Ironbridge by our walking group from Daventry. Everything was just perfect. Excellent walks and wonderful weather to go with them. And the Valley Hotel- well that is something very special. Without exception everyone was genuinely impressed by the outstanding quality offered to us. Food, accommodation and service were of the highest standard. Without doubt the Valley Hotel was one of the best-some of us would say the best we have stayed at. In particular I would like to congratulate the staff - everyone was so friendly and efficient at all levels. In fact one of the most noticeable and satisfying aspects was the team approach and sense of shared responsibility. I know from personal experience that these attributes only occur where there is a positive approach to management. From our initial meeting to discuss our visit to our final departure professionalism was to the fore. But in a quiet and unassuming way that helped us all to relax. Peter Greeve Daventry Ramblers 10th April 2009 ATTRACTIONS
