The Ironbridge area boasts a host of award winning attractions including a choice of ten exciting museums in the Ironbridge Gorge portfolio. Walk the streets of a bygone age at the recreated Blists Hill Victorian Town, or pull a locomotive by hand at Enginuity.

Historic Houses are plentiful, but none more stately then Weston Park, an elegant 17th century gem in 1000 acres of parkland and gardens

RAF Museum and National Cold War Exhibition allow free entry into huge aircraft hangars filled with historic and modern aircraft.

Bridgnorth's Severn Valley Railway is where you can ride a steam train through the beautiful countryside.

For the more adventurous, walking in the Shropshire hills can include a stroll to the summit of the Wrekin, or a walk in the stunning stretton hills, long mynd, or wenlock edge.
