The team are proudly celebrating achieving 5 stars, for the recent ‘Scores on The Doors’ inspection. This highest possible star rating reflects particularly excellent scores in Food Hygiene and Safety and in Management Control, this translates to very high standards of compliance in food safety legislation and demonstrating best practice in managing and achieving this.

As there is a growing perception from the public that food safety is as important as the quality of the food that they eat, and with many local authorities already publicising the food safety results, the scheme is a good way for potential customers to check the score before deciding whether to make a booking.
