Breakfast Waiting On

To work approximately 3-5 mornings a week. Weekdays 7am - 10.15am and weekends 7.30am - 11am. Candidate must be smart, hard working, a good communicator and a team player. Customer service is a vital part of the role. Training will be provided, but customer service experience an advantage.

Laundry Assistant

As a Laundry Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high quality housekeeping and laundry service to our guests by collecting, washing, drying, and pressing in house laundry. What is important to us is that you are a hard working, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation. Hours of work include both midweek and weekend shifts 7am until either 1 or 2pm.

Bar Staff

This position involves working a busy hotel bar. Full bar service will be required and will include some receptionist duties.

Must have excellent communication skills, be organised, smart and professional. The suitable applicant must display outstanding customer service skills and be willing to maintain consistent high standards that are set.

Previous experience preferred but not essential. The job is predominately evenings and weekend hours.

Commis Chef

Are you looking to continue further training or gain new experience in a commercial kitchen career? Have a passion for cooking and hospitality? This is a great opportunity to join a team of talented and experienced Chefs who provide excellent cuisine for a privately owned, 3* country house hotel with a 2 AA rosette awarded restaurant and a very busy wedding and events calendar.

Experience preferred but full training will be given. You must be flexible around your working hours as shift patterns vary and include weekends and they cover mostly lunch and evening shifts with the occasional breakfast/early shift. We are looking for applicants who are committed and dedicated team players; who can work under pressure in a busy environment and who are keen to learn and further their career.

40 hours per week.

Chef de Partie

A Chef de Partie is required to join a small, friendly and professional team at an independently owned and managed 3* country house hotel and restaurant.

You must be flexible around your working hours as shift patterns vary and include weekends and they cover mostly lunch and evening shifts with the occasional breakfast/early shift. We have a very dedicated and committed team and looking for someone who is reliable and hardworking, able to work under pressure and have strong communication skills, with the ability to run their own section.

This is a great opportunity to join a team of talented and experienced Chefs who provide excellent cuisine at 2 AA rosette standard for its restaurant and has a very busy wedding and events calendar. We are looking for applicants who wish to further their experience and who is passionate about hospitality and cooking to a high standard with fresh ingredients.

40 hours per week.

Part Time Night Porter

e are looking for a Part time night porter in a busy 3* 44 Bedroom country house hotel. Your job purpose will be to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and the building during the nights on shift. Your key responsibilities will be:

1. To serve food and drink to customers at the bar

2. Check in late arriving guests

3. Answer the telephone

4. Ensure the safety and security within the hotel

5. Ensure the hotel noise policy

6. Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy at all times

7. Complete room set ups and breakfast service preparation

8. Contribute to cleaning and maintenance projects

9. Maintain awareness and observation of fire and health and safety

10. Attend staff meetings and training as required

Part Time hours are approximately 16 hours a week over 2 nights 11pm- 7am. Additional hours will be available for holiday and sickness cover.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
