With this in mind we have organised a special wedding open day on April 15 where nothing will be left out and couples will get the chance to see how the hotel sets up for the wedding, what food and drink is available and talk through any special requirements for the big day.

It is the ideal opportunity to get all your questions answered at one time and in one place. We find our wedding open days are always helpful to our prospective brides and grooms and their families.

It doesn’t matter how certain you are of what you want and how you want it, there is always something you are not sure about or have some niggling doubts.

Our exhibition can guide, advise, inform and help you decide exactly what is right for you. We have many years of experience in hosting the whole wedding experience and we are ready and waiting to help couples make the right choices for them.

This is basically an invitation to meet the team and discuss requirements with a wedding co-ordinator. It is an ideal opportunity to see how our outside ceremony is set up and how the Severn Suite is set up for a wedding.

There will be drinks on arrival, the chance to sample our chef’s food and get a taste of desserts and canapes. We will also have some exclusive special offers on the day.

We want our visitors to really see what The Best Western Valley Hotel has to offer brides and grooms as well as their guests.
